Meet Morgan
Welcome, love! I’m Morgan, the founder behind Enlightened Beauty. It has been such a dream of mine to share my passion for helping people feel beautiful in their own skin. I created Enlightened Beauty in early 2014 after my passion for makeup led me to become a licensed esthetician.
I have been in the beauty industry for over 17 years working for brands and companies such as Nordstrom, Bare Essentials, Too Faced Cosmetics, YSL, and Armani. Since becoming a licensed esthetician, I’ve worked at several high-end spas and beauty/wax bars in Sacramento before moving to Huntington Beach and working in a waxing boutique.
After deciding to move back to Sacramento, I knew it was time to use all my acquired expertise to launch Enlightened Beauty. My focus is not only on helping people feel beautiful in their own skin but also to offer high-quality skin and beauty products that are always cruelty-free and frequently vegan.
I treat the skin as a whole system and we talk not only about what you are using topically but also about what you are putting into your body that could be contributing to the underlying problem. I am also a certified holistic health and wellness coach through Integrative Nutrition and I feel there is a direct correlation between mind, body, and soul.
Meet Breonna
Hello! My name is Breonna, but most call me Bre. My passion for helping others feel happier and healthier led me to where I am today. I have been licensed for 3 years and now consider myself a holistic esthetician.
My journey into the beauty industry began during my time at Sac State over 6 years ago where I started freelancing as a makeup artist. After graduating, I attended Federico Beauty Institute and discovered the realm of skincare. Since then, I operated my own holistic spa for 2 years and then worked at a beauty school and medical spa.
During the last 3 years, I’ve immersed myself in holistic health and Ayurveda so that I may share it with others, especially my clients. I am certified in Holistic Facial Foundations from Jem Academy. I attended Kerala Ayurveda Academy and became a Certified Holistic Ayurvedic Coach. During my spare time, I love to research deeper into holistic practices, herbology, and spirituality.
I am beyond thrilled to begin a new journey at Enlightened Beauty and help you treat your skin with a mind, body, and soul approach.
Meet Yanira
Hi! My name is Yanira, or Yani for short. I love to make people feel comfortable and beautiful in their skin. Everyone is battling their own battles and I just want to help out in any way I can.
I graduated from Paul Mitchell The School from the esthetician program. As a person who's dealt with acne most of her life, I know what it's like to feel uncomfortable and unhappy with your own skin. Having people constantly asking you what happened or giving you recommendations on what to put on your face. I want to create a safe place and judgement free zone for people who are struggling and make them feel good and happy about themselves.
I'm excited and grateful for this new opportunity and chapter in my life working at Enlightened Beauty as the receptionist. I will make sure to make you feel welcome and comfortable the moment you walk in!
